Accounting outsourcing

Accounting outsourcing is a method whereby accounting and tax functions are fully or partially transferred to an external specialist, and the company receives a finished result without the need to maintain its own accounting department.

We assume responsibility for accounting and reporting, tailoring our work to the specific needs of the business and the legal requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This service includes:

● organization of accounting support based on the company’s structure and turnover;

● reception and processing of primary documents for current activities;

● recording transactions in accounting and tax records;

● calculation of taxes and mandatory payments;

● preparation and submission of required reports;

● monitoring the deadlines for tax and reporting obligations;

● liaison with tax and other government agencies on accounting matters;

● provision of management information upon the client’s request.

The format of cooperation is defined by the agreement: the scope of work, the document transfer procedure, the frequency of reports, and the responsibilities of the parties are agreed upon.
